Seniors, the Fort Collins Club has a special membership just for you!
The Fort Collins Club Super Seniors program combines fitness, wellness and fun.
Your monthly membership fee allows you unlimited use of all Club facilities from:
Sunday through Friday 7am - 9am and 1:30pm - 3:30pm

IN ADDITION TO CLUB USE, YOUR SUPER SENIOR MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:

Initial personal fitness program   Low impact aerobics classes
Water aerobics classes   Special activities and events
Blood pressure checks   Club tour and orientation program
Cardiovascular workouts   Strengthening seminars
Physical rehabilitation seminars   Flexibility seminars
Weight training

Class Schedule

The Fort Collins Club offers low-impact, water aerobics, yoga and
balance/pilates classes at just the right speed for a good workout.

MONDAY & FRIDAY

LOW-IMPACT AEROBICS 7:15am
(Monday: Low impact 7:15am - 7:45am and Balance 7:45am - 8:15am)

WATER AEROBICS 8:00am
(7:15am June & July)

WATER AEROBICS 1:30pm
(No Water Aerobics on Fridays June-August)

GENTLE YOGA 1:30pm

TUESDAY & THURSDAY

GENTLE YOGA 7:45am

MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOVEMENT 9:00am

LOW-IMPACT AEROBICS 1:30pm (Tuesdays)

CHAIR-ASSISTED LOW-IMPACT AEROBICS 1:30pm (Thursdays)

GENTLE YOGA 1:30pm (Tuesdays)

Cholesterol Screenings

The Health District provides periodic cholesterol screenings for Fort Collins Club members. To make an appointment, call the Health District, (970) 224-5209.

Blood Pressure Checks

Free blood pressure checks are offered in the lobby every
Monday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Friday from 9:00am - 11:00am.
