Super Seniors
Seniors, the Fort Collins Club has a special membership just for you! The Fort Collins Club Super Seniors program combines fitness, wellness and fun. Your monthly membership fee allows you unlimited use of all Club facilities from:
Sunday through Friday 7-9 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m.
In addition to Club use, your Super Senior membership includes:
- Initial personal fitness program
- Low impact aerobics classes
- Water aerobics classes
- Special activities and event
- Blood pressure checks
- Club tour and orientation program
- Cardiovascular workouts
- Strengthening seminars
- Physical rehabilitation seminars
- Flexibility seminars
- Weight Training
Class Schedule:
The Fort Collins Club offers low-impact, water aerobics, yoga, and balance/pilates classes at just the right speed for a good workout.
Monday & Friday
Low-impact aerobics- 7:15 am (Monday's Low impact 7:15-7:45 am and Balance 7:45-8:15 am)
Water aerobics- 8:00 am (7:15 am June & July)
Water aerobics- 1:30 pm (No Water Aerobics on Fridays June-Aug.)
Gentle Yoga- 1:30 pm
Wednesday

1:30 pm Water Aerobics (June-August)
Gentle Yoga 1:30 pm
Tuesday, Thursday
Gentle Yoga- 7:45 am
Muscular Strength and Range of Movement 9:00 am
Yin Yoga - 12:15 pm (Thursdays only)
Low-impact aerobics- 1:30 pm (Tuesdays )
Chair-assisted low-impact aerobics - 1:30 pm (Thursdays )
Gentle Yoga - 1:30 pm (Tuesdays )
Blood Pressure Checks:
Free blood pressure checks are offered in the lobby every Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. and Friday from 9 to 11 a.m.
