Have fitness and health goals? I’ve been helping ‘shape’ people since 1982. People just like you have achieved fitness levels beyond their imagination, and so will you. Melissa MacEachran

Clients tell me they enjoy the diversity of their workouts. Whether you want to improve your cardiovascular health or run a faster 10K, you will learn effective training methods to reach these goals.
