Cardio Kickboxing Kickboxing choreography with kicks and punches to high energy music. Chair Assisted Low Impact Aerobics Low Impact aerobics uses a chair throughout the class. Strengthening exercises will be added for a cardio/strength workout. |

Interval Step 45-50 minutes of step choreography mixed with strength conditioning exercises using body bars, hand weights and resistance tubing. |

Power Sculpt Muscle-specific exercises to improve endurance, strength and flexibility of upper-and lower-body muscle groups. Resistance work, standing and floor exercises for an overall body workout (some cardio may be included). |

Silver Splash™ A total body aqua conditioning class that increases agility, range of motion and cardiovascular conditioning using the Silver Sneakers TM kickboard. |

Step Aerobics 30-40 minutes of cardiovascular exercise using steps; also includes strength conditioning. |
