What is FCC CLUBFIT?
FCC CLUBFIT uses CrossFit (TM) methods in this class which transforms workouts into sport through constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. Level 2 & 3 only! There is a class for Level 1 on Mondays. Meets in the gymnasium.
