Our Aquatics Program allows you to add yet another facet to your fitness and training. We offer:

Water Aerobics

Water aerobics supports the body and reduces the risk of injury. Exercise in water can also help prevent overheating as the water temp continually cools the body. No fee.

Hydrostatic Weighing
7:00-8:00am 1st Saturday of the Month (unless posted for the 2nd Saturday)

Senior/Beginner Classes
        
8:00 - 8:45 AM M/W/F (August-May)
7:15-8:00am M/W/F (June and July only in the outdoor pool - weather permitting)
1:30-2:15pm M/F (September-May in the indoor pool
1:30-2:15pm M/W (June - August in the indoor pool)

Intermediate/Advanced Classes
 
9:00-10:00 AM M/W/F
9:00-10:00am M/W/F (June-Sept in the outdoor pool - weather permitting)
5:30-6:30pm M/W

Adult Swim Class

This swim technique class is designed for people 18 and over who want to learn how to swim, learn new strokes, or become efficient with any stroke.
7-8 PM Wednesday.

Master Swim

Ideal for former competitive swimmers, triathletes, cross training or long term fitness.
Open to all level of swimmers although this is not the class for learning to swim.

  
Youth Swim Team

8:00-9:00am Monday thru Friday (June and July only)
4:30-5:30pm T/Th (August thru May; Three 10 week sessions) Fee required. Please sign up at the Front Desk. Member and non-member fees.

Youth Swim Lessons

Swim lessons are offered all year. Pick up a current brochure for dates, times, and fees.       
 
Private Swim Instruction

Private lessons are available through sign up at the Front Desk with various instructors.
$25 per 30 minute session.
