Water Aerobics

Water aerobics supports the body and reduces the risk of injury. Exercise in the water
can also help prevent overheating as the water temp continually cools the body. No fee!

7:00am - 8:00am   1st Saturday of the Month
(unless posted for the 2nd Saturday)

Senior/Beginner Classes

M/W/F 7:15am - 8:00am June & July Only Outdoor pool (weather permitting)
M/F 1:30pm - 2:15pm September - May Indoor pool
M/W 1:30pm - 2:15pm June - August Indoor pool

Intermediate/Advanced Classes

M/W/F 9:00am - 10:00am Year Round Indoor pool
M/W/F 9:00am - 10:00am June - Sept Only Outdoor pool (weather permitting)
M/W 5:30am - 6:30am Year Round Indoor pool

Master Swim

Master Swim is ideal for former competitive swimmers, triathletes,
cross training or long term fitness. Open to all levels with experience.
(Not a class for learning to swim.)

Youth Swim Lessons

Offered year round. 30 minute sessions. 4 week sessions: Saturday Mornings 10:00-10:30 am and 10:30am-11:00am. M/W 4:30-5:30pm. Pick up a current brochure at the front desk for dates, times, and fees.

Private Swim Instruction

Private lessons are available through sign up at the Front Desk with various instructors.
$25 per 30 minute session. Private lessons are available for youth and adults
