Water Aerobics
Water aerobics supports the body and reduces the risk of
injury. Exercise in the water
can also help prevent overheating as the water temp continually cools the
body. No fee!

Master Swim
Master Swim is ideal for former competitive swimmers,
triathletes,
cross training or long term fitness. Open to all levels with
experience.
(Not a class for learning to swim.)

Youth Swim Lessons
Offered year round. 30 minute sessions. 4 week sessions: Saturday Mornings 10:00-10:30 am and 10:30am-11:00am. M/W 4:30-5:30pm. Pick up a current brochure at the front desk for dates, times, and fees.
