At the club, we connect you with your heart in a different way - by helping you to keep that muscle moving and making it strong. But remember: Overall wellness isn't just about working out. It's about feeling healthy, so you can be your best in everything you do. Andy Clark's life has revolved around cycling and fitness for over 20 years. He has raced bikes professionally in Belgium and on the U.S. domestic pro circuit. Andy also has distinguished himself as a personal trainer, cycling team director, and cycling coach.

 Collaborating with the best physiologists, nutritionists, and bike fit gurus, Andy uses the best information possible to create championship-caliber athletes. The athletes he trains have succeeded in improving their performance on road bikes, mountain bikes, and in Cyclocross. In fact, Andy has coached riders to win 5 national championships and more than 45 national medals!

 "My formula for your success is to develop an individualized fitness plan that takes into consideration your physiological test data, individual goals, and lifestyle constraints," says Andy. "From there, I create purposeful daily workouts based on your personalized training plan. I regularly analyze your progress and update your workouts to ensure you're getting maximize effectiveness from the plan we've developed.
