Seniors, the Fort Collins Club has a special membership just for you! The Fort Collins Club Super Seniors program combines fitness, wellness and fun. Your monthly membership fee allows you unlimited use of all Club facilities from:

Sunday through Friday 7-9 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m.

In addition to Club use, your Super Senior membership includes:

Class Schedule:
The Fort Collins Club offers low-impact, water aerobics, yoga, and balance/pilates classes at just the right speed for a good workout.

Monday & Friday 
  Low-impact aerobics- 7:15 a.m.
  Water aerobics- 8 a.m. (7 a.m. June & July)
  Water aerobics- 1:30 p.m. 
  Yoga- 1:30 p.m.

Wednesday
  Balance/Pilates Class, 1:30 p.m.

Tuesday, Thursday 
  Yoga- 8 a.m. Tuesday
  Chair Yoga- 8 a.m. Thursday
  Low-impact aerobics- 1:30 p.m.

Blood Pressure Checks:
Free blood pressure checks are offered in the lobby every Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. and Friday from 9 to 11 a.m.
